I love the iPhone. I want an iPhone. I have serious, embarrassing iPhone envy. However, Apple is giving me more reasons every day to stay on T-Mobile. Their rejections of iPhone apps are getting more ridiculous by the day. This shit infuriates me to the point that I may get an Android phone simply on principal. Not because T-Mobile is a better carrier (I have had no real complaints for the past 4 years or so). Certainly not because Android is a better OS or that HTC makes better hardware (why do phones need chins?).
Simply because Apple is being complete fucking dicks about their rejections of the hard work of good developers who could very well be the intangible that solidifies the iPhone as the dominant mobile platform.
As usual Gruber says it best, “Apple requires you to be 17 years or older to purchase a censored dictionary that omits half the words Steve Jobs uses every day.”
Fuck that.
